The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Physical Work Environment, Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Medan Branch. The research methods in this research are quantitative and qualitative methods, the data collection methods used are questionnaires, documentation studies and observation. The population and sample in the study amounted to 39 respondents, data processing used SPSS 20 software, while the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test). The results of this research conclude that partially the physical work environment has no effect on performance, while discipline and motivation have a significant effect on performance.
