Abstract

This study is about "Rewang tradition as in the implementation of javanese wedding party". This study intends to explain about rewang tradition as the social exchange in society in the implementation of wedding party, and the exchange tradition between one people comunity with others in the implementation of javanese wedding party. This study is located in village of Petapahan Jaya Sp-1 Tapung Kampar.In this study, the author used qualitative descriptive type of research that describes and explains the data through reasoning based logic to logical conclusions about the data being analyzed, so can to show a systematic picture of the situation about factors assosiated with the phenomenon being examined without use count statisticts. Data collection techniques is using snowball, observation interviews and documentation. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion of the rewang tradition about the exchange sistem is there are reciprocal exchange and happened so long. Then the people often refer to it as savings in the future when someday people will hold the wedding party. In the rewang tradition the things whose exchanged is not money but the things whose contents raw materials for fulfillment of the presentment in the implementation of wedding party.Keywords: Rewang, Marriage Custom, Traditional Javanese

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the earnings response coefficient. This study uses secondary data that applies a multiple linear regression model with a sample period 2015-2018 of the basic chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The test results indicate that capital structure effect negatively to earnings response coefficient and profitability affect positively to earnings response coefficient. While growth opportunity, company size, audit quality and systematic risk partially do not affect the earnings response coefficient. This study provides an insight that growth opportunity, capital structure, company size, profitability, audit quality, systematic risk can affect the earnings response coefficient. This research is expected to assist investors in conducting fundamental analysis in the valuation model to determine the market reaction to the earnings information of a company, so that investors can find out the size of the share price response to the company's earnings information. The limitation in this study is the amount of samples that only take data on basic chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruhkeputusan investasi, pendanaan, dan pengelolaan aktiva terhadap kinerja keuangan. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah keputusan investasi, pendanaan, dan pengelolaan aktiva. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah kinerja keuangan.Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan sub sektor makanan danminuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2013-2017. Sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total 45 perusahaan ditentukan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investasi, pendanaandan kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sementara itu, pengelolaan aktiva berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan sebesar 9,7%. Hasil tersebut menandakan kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen sementara 90,3 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Employee performance is the main thing that must be considered in work activities. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, competency and organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Batang Panggang District Subdistrict Office. The population in this study were all 32 employees of the Batang Panggang Subdistrict District Head Office. This type of research uses a quantitative approach and technical data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. This type of research concludes that leadership has an influence on employee performance, competence has no influence on employee performance, and organizational culture has no influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This examination breaks down the impacts of Authoritative Culture, Work Discipline and Accomplishment Inspiration on the Dependability of Educators and Representatives in Confidential Grade Schools at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Primary School. The population in this proposition is all educators and workers at the Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School, adding up to 37 individuals. The example for this examination is 37 respondents using a testing procedure using an immersed inspection method. The technique utilized is different straight relapse (multilinear relapse examination) using a quantitative story approach. The exploration results show that some of the factors Hierarchical Culture, Work Discipline and Accomplishment Inspiration affect Educator and Representative Unwaveringness. At the same time, the general factors of Hierarchical Culture, Work Discipline and Accomplishment Inspiration meaningfully affect Instructor and Representative Faithfulness.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of Motivation, Discipline and Cooperation on the Performance of PT Sarana Panen Perkasa Medan Employees. This research uses quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources using a Likert scale. The total sample of research respondents was 108 respondents. This data processing uses SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of the partial test, the results obtained are that the Motivation variable has no effect on Employee Performance, seen from the t value 1.081 t table 1,659, with a significance level of 0.282 0.05. Then the Discipline variable also has an influence and is significant on employee performance, seen from the tcount value of 5.492 1.659, with a significance level of 0.0000.05. And the Collaboration variable has a significant influence on Employee Performance, seen from the tcount value of 7.319 ttable 1.659, with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. In the simultaneous test, this result shows that F countF table, namely 54,7972.46 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. So, it can be concluded that the variables Motivation (X1), Discipline (X2) and Cooperation (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Panen Perkasa.

Abstract

Sampel penelitian ini adalah Pegawai pada Fakultas Pertanian USU dengan 66 sampel responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda (multiliniear regression analisys) dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9,622 dan nilai taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000, secara parsial Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Kinerja Pegawai (Y), dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 13,625 dan nilai taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000, secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Kinerja Pegawai (Y), dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 12,068 dan nilai taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000, Secara simultan Motivasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 53,401 dan nilai taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,979 (97,9%).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Physical Work Environment, Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Medan Branch. The research methods in this research are quantitative and qualitative methods, the data collection methods used are questionnaires, documentation studies and observation. The population and sample in the study amounted to 39 respondents, data processing used SPSS 20 software, while the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test). The results of this research conclude that partially the physical work environment has no effect on performance, while discipline and motivation have a significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the physical work environment, discipline and motivation have a significant effect on performance

Abstract

Kajian ini berupaya sebagai mengkaji dampak kualitas layanan, harga dan relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Smartshop Marelan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan sebagai strategi penelitian. Beberapa metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan antara lain survei, analisis dokumen, dan observasi. Mengingat jumlah populasi yang tidak dapat dipastikan, besar sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Sebagai hasilnya, sebanyak 96 pelanggan terlibat dalam survei ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (2.144 > 1.9860) dan tingkat signifikansi 0.035 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05, kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari t-tabel (7.956 > 1.9860) dan tingkat signifikansi 0.0000 yang juga lebih kecil dari 0.05, temuan analisis ini mengindikasikan bahwa harga memberikan dampak yang baik dan signifikan kepada loyalitas klien. Relationship marketing juga mengasih damapk yang baik dan bermakna kepada kesetiaan pelanggan, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung yang lebih tinggi daripada t-tabel (2,725 > 1,9860) dan tingkat makna yang terbatas dari 0,05 (0,008). Berdasarkan hasil uji F, nilai F-hitung (62,278) lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai F-tabel (2,70), dan nilai signifikansi 0,0000 < 0,05. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan di Smartshop Marelan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti kualitas layanan harga dan relationship marketing.

Abstract

Banking stocks have consistently delivered substantial profits for investors, particularly throughout 2023. According to data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2020, Indonesian banking assets reached IDR 9,333 trillion, equivalent to 59.5% of the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP), highlighting the sector's significant role in national economic growth. Furthermore, Kontan (2023) reported that Bank Central Asia (BCA) was among the top-performing banking issuers, achieving a total stock return of 12.60% in 2023. This study aims to analyze the economic and financial factors—specifically the quantity of stock prices, stock offering values, and company age—that influence initial stock returns. Using a multiple linear regression model, the findings reveal that the quantity of stock prices has a significant negative effect on initial returns. In contrast, the stock offering value and the age of the company do not exhibit a significant individual impact. However, collectively, these variables—representing key economic indicators—have a significant joint effect on the initial return of Bank BCA. The study contributes to the broader understanding of how financial metrics and firm characteristics affect investment performance in the banking sector, especially in emerging markets like Indonesia.
