Background: The occurrence of hypertension is influenced by various factors, such as heredity, race, and one of the factors is lifestyle, which can lead to a person developing hypertension. Based on an assessment at the UPT Puskesmas Martapura Timur, hypertension was the most prevalent condition among the top 10 diseases, with 55 cases reported. Lifestyle habits such as consuming coffee, salted fish, and smoking were frequently observed. Objective: Providing nursing care through the intervention of applying foot reflexology massage to clients with the nursing diagnosis of risk for ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion. Method: A descriptive observational study with a case study research design. This involves conducting a nursing assessment, data analysis, nursing diagnosis formulation, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Results and Discussion: The results of the nursing care provided over 6 days with the main intervention being foot reflexology massage show that the problem was resolved, as evidenced by a decrease in blood pressure from 140/100 mmHg to 110/80 mmHg.
