This research is motivated by several problems found in schools, namely the media used does not use a learning model, only describes the learning material and contains assignment questions, and there are not complete examples of images in the material so that the learning material is difficult for students to understand, the color display of the images in The media does not attract students' interest in learning, using newsprint which is easy to tear. With the problem-based learning model, students are able to make their own discoveries by developing students' creative thinking processes, so that they can foster interest in learning. This research aims to develop and validate Media based on the Problem Based Learning model. This type of research is R&D Development using the 4-D model (define, design, development, disseminate). The results of the research show that Media development is based on the Problem Based Learning model which was collected through a validation questionnaire. , is used to measure the suitability of the Media. So the design validator test results were obtained (93.75%) including very valid criteria. The material validator test results (90%) include very valid criteria. The language validator test results (83.25%) include very valid criteria, while the RPP validator test results (87.5%) include very valid criteria.
