Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Shopee e-commerce technology in driving the growth of the online business of Youth Shoes, a store that sells various well-known shoe brands. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach based on the theory of Advertising Exposure and Product Promotion. The sample size is determined using the Slovin formula, while measurement and validity are carried out to ensure data accuracy. The results of the study are expected to provide an understanding of the benefits and challenges of using e-commerce for SMEs, as well as provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies. In addition, this study contributes to the study of the influence of e-commerce on the development of SMEs in developing countries, which can be a reference for business actors, policy makers, and researchers.
