Abstract

Kesehatan adalah aspek penting yang menjadi perhatian masyarakat Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, personal health record menjadi salah satu alat bantu yang dapat membantu kondisi kesehatan terkini dari setiap individu. Namun, kegunaan personal health record masih belum banyak yang memahami terutama dalam bentuk digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi tentang electronic personal health record dengan lokasi pengabdian Desa Ngeni. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan dan persiapan, penyuluhan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest dan postest kepada peserta yang hadir dalam bentuk kuesioner. Sosialisasi dilakukan kepada 30 peserta masyarakat desa ngeni dengan rentang usia 15-58 tahun. Hasil pretest dan posttest kepada peserta menunjukkan perbedaan hasil yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman personal health record. Nilai rata – rata pemahaman peserta sebelum diberi edukasi yaitu sebesar 80.76 dan rata – rata pengetahuan setelah diberi edukasi sebesar 91.92. Sosialisasi electronic personal health record membantu peserta memahami kegunaan dari aplikasi tersebut. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini tingkat kewaspadaan masyarakat terhadap kesehatan pribadi lebih meningkat sehingga pelayanan kesehatan dapat lebih optimal.Abstract. Health is a crucial aspect of concern for the Indonesian community. Therefore, the personal health record serves as a tool to assist in monitoring the current health condition of individuals. However, the use of personal health records, particularly in digital form, remains underappreciated and less understood. This community service activity aimed to promote the understanding of electronic personal health records, with Desa Ngeni as the location of implementation. The method comprised several stages, including planning and preparation, counseling, and activity evaluation. The evaluation was conducted by administering pretests and post-tests to participants using questionnaires. The counseling was attended by 30 participants from Desa Ngeni, aged 15–58 years. The results of the pretests and post-tests indicated a significant difference in participants' understanding of personal health records. The average pre-education understanding score was 80.76, which increased to 91.92 after education. The socialization of electronic personal health records helped participants comprehend the utility of the application. This activity is expected to enhance public awareness of personal health, leading to more optimal healthcare services.
