<![CDATA[This article reveals the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance at State Senior High School 26, Batam City District. This article comes from quantitative research by using 57 teachers as its population. Sampling using a simple random sampling method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale with data analysis using the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah principal on teacher performance. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on teacher performance. In the end, there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah principal and motivation together on teacher performance. Artikel ini mengungkap pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 26 Kecamatan Batam Kota. Artikel ini berasal dari penelitian kuantitatif dengan menjadikan guru yang berjumlah 57 sebagai populasinya. Penarikan sampel memakai metode acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert dengan analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukka bahwa bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. Pada akhirnya, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru.]]>
