<![CDATA[This article discusses Luke 9:10-17 in terms of narrative study. The author uses a biblical research method that specifically examines biblical texts, and provides us with information to use as a mirror in looking at the context of modern society and the church today, with the method of narrative interpretation. The purpose of this study is to re-examine the understanding of the congregation related to the meaning of transformative diaconia. The results of this study suggest that the church can use the teaching model of Jesus in the form of narratives; and suggested to the church to carry out the tri-duty of the church's vocation by displaying Transformative Diakonia proportionally in the context of the growth and development of human resources and natural resources of the congregation as well as in community life.]]>
