The SMK Center of Excellence Program aims to enhance graduates' competencies to better prepare them for the workforce, particularly at SMK Nusantara Batang in the Nautical Fishing Vessel Expertise Concentration. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, analyzing the program's implementation through the stages of planning, organizing, execution, and supervision. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving various stakeholders such as the principal, vice principals, head of the expertise program, and teachers. The findings indicate that the program's planning includes setting objectives, resource analysis, and implementation strategies; however, improvements are needed in funding and partnerships with businesses/industries (DU/DI). The organization is carried out through task distribution and authority adjustments, but its effectiveness could be enhanced through direct DU/DI involvement. Implementation runs fairly well with eight main activities, yet further strengthening is required in technology utilization and link-and-match partnerships. Supervision includes performance monitoring and corrective actions, but it remains suboptimal due to the absence of specific instruments and its discussions often being mixed with other administrative meetings. ABSTRAKProgram SMK Pusat Keunggulan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan agar lebih siap memasuki dunia kerja, khususnya di SMK Nusantara Batang pada Konsentrasi Keahlian Nautika Kapal Penangkap Ikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, menganalisis implementasi program melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan berbagai pihak seperti kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, ketua kompetensi keahlian, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program telah mencakup tujuan, analisis sumber daya, dan strategi pelaksanaan, namun perlu ditingkatkan dalam aspek pembiayaan dan kemitraan dengan dunia usaha/dunia industri (DU/DI). Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan pembagian tugas dan penyesuaian wewenang, tetapi efektivitasnya dapat ditingkatkan melalui keterlibatan langsung DU/DI. Pelaksanaan berjalan cukup baik dengan delapan kegiatan utama, namun masih perlu penguatan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dan kemitraan link and match. Pengawasan mencakup pemantauan kinerja dan tindakan korektif, tetapi kurang optimal karena tidak adanya instrumen khusus dan sering kali tercampur dalam agenda rapat dinas lainnya.
