Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant contribution to national economic growth, but still face various obstacles in business management, especially in the aspect of business communication. Good communication skills are very necessary to build strong relationships with customers, increase competitiveness, and expand marketing networks. Business communication is the activity of conveying and receiving information in the business environment carried out by business actors with various parties related to their business activities. Ability in business communication is an important aspect that plays a role in the success of a business because it can be applied at every stage of business operations, from production to marketing. Problems that MSMEs often face in business communication with customers include lack of response to questions and complaints, low readiness in handling criticism, limitations in building good relationships with customers, and lack of efforts to maintain consumer loyalty. These obstacles reflect weak direct interaction with customers, which in the end can affect the perception and sustainability of the business. The lack of skills and understanding related to business communication among MSMEs in Meruya Selatan Subdistrict can become an obstacle in the development of their business, especially if it is not supported by appropriate and effective communication strategies. Therefore, this activity aims to increase the competency of MSME players, both in terms of understanding and skills in business communication, in order to support the development and sustainability of their businesses in the digital era.
