Abstract

Abstrak Guru honorer seringkali menghadapi tekanan ekonomi dan tekanan sosial yang tinggi, alasannya mungkin mereka tidak memiliki keamanan pada pekerjaan, tunjangan, atau jaminan sosial seperti guru tetap. Hal ini bisa berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali hubungan antara gratitude dan psychological well-being pada guru honorer. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yaitu dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala gratitude untuk mengukur variaberl gratitude dan skala Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWB) untuk mengukur variabel psychological well-being. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gratitude tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap psychological well-being. Dengan demikian, hal ini memungkinkan bahwa psychological well-being dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selain gratitude. Kata Kunci: Guru, Gratitude, Psychological Well-Being   AbstractHonorary teachers often face high economic and social pressures, as they may not have the job security, benefits or social security of permanent teachers. This can have an impact on their psychological well-being. This study aims to explore the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being in honorary teachers. There are many factors that can affect a person's psychological well-being, one of which is gratitude. The research method in this study is a qualitative method, namely with a correlational research design. The research instrument used in this study is the gratitude scale to measure gratitude variables and the Ryff Psychological well-being Scale (RPWB) scale to measure psychological well-being variables. The sample size in this study consisted of 90 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. The result if this research showed  that gratitude has no influence on psychological well-being. Thus, it is possible that psychological well-being is influenced by other factors besides gratitude. Keywords: Teacher, Gratitude, Psychological Well-Being
