<![CDATA[ABSTRACT SIMRS is a communication information technology system that processes and integrates the entire flow of hospital service processes in the form of a network of coordination, reporting, and administrative procedures to obtain information precisely and accurately, and each hospital is required to organize SIMRS. Human resources (Brainware) is an important factor in implementing SIMRS. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Human Resource Competence on the Implementation of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) Application at the Outpatient Poly of Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh Regional General Hospital. The research method is mixed methods. The design type uses Explanatory Sequential. This research was conducted on SIMRS officers/users in the outpatient room/outpatient polyclinic of Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh Hospital. The data collection method in the first stage was carried out quantitative research using questionnaires to provide an overview of the influence of the competence of Human Resources who were on duty in the polyclinic as many as 58 people followed by qualitative data collection. The results showed that the competence of nurse human resources had an effect on the implementation of SIMRS (pvalue 0.000 < 0.05). It can be concluded that the higher the competence of nurse human resources, the higher the ability in the implementation of SIMRS. Keywords: Outpatient, SIMRS Implementation, HR Competency ABSTRAK SIMRS merupakan sistem teknologi informasi komunikasi yang memproses dan mengintegrasikan seluruh alur proses pelayanan Rumah Sakit dalam bentuk jaringan koordinasi, pelaporan, dan prosedur administrasi untuk memperoleh informasi secara tepat dan akurat, dan setiap rumah sakit wajib menyelenggarakan SIMRS. Sumber Daya Manusia (human resources/Brainware) merupakan faktor penting dalam menjalankan SIMRS. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Penerapan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) di Poli Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh. Metode penelitian dengan metode campuran/mix methods. Jenis rancangan menggunakan Explanatory Sequential. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada petugas/pengguna SIMRS di ruang rawat jalan/Poli rawat jalan RSUD Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh. Metode pengumpulan data pada tahap pertama dilakukan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pengaruh kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia yang bertugas di ruang rawat poli sebanyak 58 orang dilanjutkan dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan pearson Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi SDM perawat berpengaruh terhadap penerapan SIMRS (pvalue 0,000 < 0,05).
