The student development and coaching activities are processes that play a decisive role in shaping quality and character-driven students in line with the school's vision, mission, and established learning objectives. The student evaluation activity is necessary to be conducted periodically to obtain data and information related to the alignment of the set standards with the achieved results. The importance of student management requires schools to optimize programs and activities centered on services for students, both directly and indirectly.
