This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model on the performance of mathematics teachers in Senior High Schools (SMA) in North Lombok Regency. The CIPP model is used to evaluate various aspects of teacher performance, starting from the learning context, available input, the learning process implemented, to the products or results achieved.
