Preventive and promotive efforts in the form of posyandu organization and nutrition counseling are needed to overcome nutritional problems at the age of toodler’s. This research analyzes the correlation between stress levels and posyandu services quality perceptions on toddlers' mother's nutritional behavior after counseling. This research involved 51 toddler mothers. Data collection was carried out three times, namely baseline, endline, and follow-up (3 month interval after endline). Stress levels were assessed using the Berry and Jones (1995) parenting stress scale. Posyandu service quality perceptions are assessed using the 5 dimensions of service quality Parasuraman et al. (1998). Maternal knowledge is significantly positively correlated with maternal education (p=0.044). The results of the Spearman correlation test showed that there was a significant negative relationship (p<0.05) between stress levels and nutritional knowledge and a significant positive relationship (p<0.05) between perceived quality of posyandu services and post-mentoring nutritional knowledge.
