Universities are often in the spotlight as one of the educational levels that offer the development of specific skills and expertise for their students. After graduating from university, students will choose between two options: seeking employment or creating new job opportunities. Therefore, it is important for students, as the nation's future generation, to possess an entrepreneurial spirit. This research aims to analyze entrepreneurial learning in moderating the influence of attitude toward entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial intention of Management Economics students in Denpasar, Bali. The study uses a quantitative method, employing questionnaires and observations for data collection. The data obtained consists of primary and secondary data and is analyzed using descriptive qualitative and descriptive statistical methods.
