<![CDATA[Human resources (HR) are a dominant factor in any institution, including in the field of education. Education requires qualified HR to carry out its role in serving the educational needs of the community. The main objective of HR development in the context of education is to improve the skills, abilities, and attitudes of educators and education personnel to realize quality education This article aims to find out the importance of human resource development in educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approarch, where data collection uses library research. Human resource development can be carried out through several methods, such as training, workshops, certification, and other approaches. There are five indicators of qualified human resources, which are: professionalism, competitiveness, functional competence, participatory excellence, and teamwork. To achieve effectiveness in human resource development, consistency is needed, which is known as the Continuous professional Development (CPD) program.]]>
