Fokus dari riset studi ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan model regresi linier berganda. Dari 209 populasi dalam penelitian ini, diambil 60 sampel untuk berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil temuan membenarkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara serentak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil uji determinasi sebesar 68,8% menyatakan untuk variabel independen secara serentak mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Pimpinan harus dapat mempertahankan ketiga variabel tersebut agar dapat memaksimalkan kinerja pegawai, sesuai dengan perolehan hasil kajian ini. The focus of this research study is aimed at examine the impact of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Office. This research applies quantitative methods with a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression models. Of the 209 population in this study, 60 samples were taken to participate in this study. The findings confirmed that compensation, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Office. The determination test result of 68.8% states that the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Leaders must be able to maintain these three variables to maximize employee performance, according to the results of this study.
