<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of work life (X1), competence (X2) on employee performance (Y) for employees of the West Nusa Tenggara Province Trade Office. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The technical analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 25.0. The research population is all employees who work at the NTB Provincial Trade Office. The data collection method used in this study used the census method. The results of the analysis show that: 1. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees of the NTB Provincial Trade Office. 2. Competence has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the NTB Provincial Trade Office. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja(X1), Kompetensi (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif berbentuk kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi NTB. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai kontrak Dinas Perdaganagan Provinsi NTB. 2. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi NTB. ]]>
