Abstract

The investigated of this study was the effect of BNS (Bubble Network System ) strategy and achievement motivation toward students writing achievement at the eleventh graders of Madrasah Aliyah NW Kotaraja. The design of the research was post-test only control group design. The study involved 80 students as samples which were taken by using random sampling technique, where the sample were divided into two groups, experimental and control group. The collection of the data were collected using questionnaire and test, which were analyzed using two-ways ANOVA. The finding data of the study displayed that (1) there is a significant difference on the English writing between the students taught by using BNS strategy and conventional strategy (FA=33.5, p 0.05).Keywords: BBS strategy, achievement motivation, English writing achievement

Abstract

The investigation of this study was the effect of MURDER strategy and achievement motivation toward students’reading comprehension at the third graders of Madrasah Aliyah NW Penendem. The design of this study was post-test only control group design. The samples were taken by using the technique of random sampling which involved 80 students. The samples were divided into experimental and control group. The data were collected and administrated using questionnaire and test, which were analyzed using two-ways ANOVA. The results of the study displayed that (1) there is a significant difference on the English reading comprehension between the students who are taught by using MURDER strategy and those who are teught by using conventional strategy (FA=32.3, p 0.05). Keywords:MURDERstrategy, achievement motivation, English reading comprehension ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh strategy MURDER dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemampuan pemahaman membaca peserta didik siswa kelas tiga Madrasah Aliyah NW Penendem . Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan posttest only control group design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 orang peserta didik yang diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengambilan sampel dibagi kedalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan tes yang dianalisa menggunakan ANOVA dua jalur. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan signifikan kemampuan pemehaman membaca siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran strategy MURDER dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional (FA=32,4, p 0,05). Kata kunci: Strategi MURDER, motivasi berprestasi, Kemampuan pemahaman membaca bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of work life (X1), competence (X2) on employee performance (Y) for employees of the West Nusa Tenggara Province Trade Office. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The technical analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 25.0. The research population is all employees who work at the NTB Provincial Trade Office. The data collection method used in this study used the census method. The results of the analysis show that: 1. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees of the NTB Provincial Trade Office. 2. Competence has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the NTB Provincial Trade Office.                                                       ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja(X1), Kompetensi (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif berbentuk kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi NTB. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai kontrak Dinas Perdaganagan Provinsi NTB. 2. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi NTB.
