<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of tax services at the tax counseling and counseling service office for the Selayar Islands Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in the study consisted of 5 (five) Communications. Where in indicator 1) communication, the most important condition for the success of a program is if the communication between several elements involved in implementing the program is well established. 2) The approach In the implementation of a service, staff or employees are the main key to the success of the service. In the implementation of the water connection program, the employees who directly monitor and ensure that everything is going well and in accordance with the needs and desires of the community are those who understand and understand the problems experienced by the community. 3) disposition The source of funds used for the development of the raw water unit until the production unit is funded by the central government.
