Abstract

This study purposed to find out how good the service quality of vehicle tax drive thru in Samsat Pettarani Assistant UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) Makassar regional revenue. The method used quantitative research methods with descriptive research type with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 50 people and the sampling method used accidental sampling technique. The results of this study showed that the service quality of vehicle tax drive thru in Samsat Assistant Pettarani UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) Makassar regional revenue showed that the physical appearance aspects of service officers, facilities and infrastructure were very good, then the reliability of service officers in the service completion process it was on time, the responsiveness of service officers responds,  provided fast and precise services, as well as guarantees provided by service officers such as timeliness of service completion, transparency, supervision and appropriate legitimacy and empathy aspects of service officers in the form of service officer courtesy, friendliness, not discriminating which showed very well.Keywords: Quality, drive thru service, motor vehicle tax

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the productivity, responsiveness adan responbility of the Office of Customs and Excise Supervision and Service in tackling illegal cigarets in Makassar City. This study used qualitative research. The number of informants were 5 people. Data collection  techniques was data reduction, data presentasion and conclusion. The results of this study showed  that performance of the customs and ExciseSupervision and Service Office was good. This could be seen in terms of productivity in terms of discipline and punishment was quite good in terms of employee attendance on time, and the imposition of penalties while in awarding was still lacking because there was no special award for employees. In terms of responsiveness in terms of debriefing, socialization and the program was quite good seen from the training, regular outreach and the existence of an illegal cigarette quake program. For the aspect of responsibility in terms of intelligence operations, market operatios as well as delegation of authority from the head of department to the head of office at the time of market operations.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the work motivation and performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit and the Enrekang District Fire Department and to find out how much influence motivation on the performance of employees in the Office. The method used in this study was a quantitative method using statistical formula to help process data and analyze data obtained from the results of the study by distributing questionnaires / questionnaires as many as 40 questionnaires to 25 Satpol employees and 15 Damkar employees with a total of 40 respondents. This study used a simple linear regression formula to find out whether there was a relationship between motivation and performance, then proceed with the determination coefficient to determine the results of the effects caused. The results showed that motivation had a relatively moderated relationship with employee performance. Based on the analysis results that had been described then Motivational variables significantly influence employee performance variables in the Civil Service Police Unit and Enrekang District Fire Department.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine bureaucratic ethics in the administration of social security (BPJS) in Gowa Regency.  This type of qualitative descriptive research is to describe, describe and explain according to the problem of the results of research and objective history, qualitative methods are also referred to as artistic methods, because the research process is more artistic in nature and is referred to as interpretative methods and is very relevant to the research location taken.  The informants in this study amounted to 5 people. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documents, the research results are in accordance with the theory of Jay M. Shafritz (2012:99) which the author uses in looking at bureaucratic ethics at the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) in Gowa Regency.  In the discussion of the results of this study will be described in accordance with the formulation of research problems that will be adapted to the theory of bureaucratic ethics according to Jay M. Abstract

The results of this study showed that the implementation of the policy regarding Fisherman Insurance Premiums. In the information indicator it could be concluded that  it had been  established well, seen from the coordination of the Bulukumba Fisheries Service with the Directorate of Licensing and Fishermen regarding the objectives and mechanisms of the BPAN program which was followed by the socialization carried out by the party itself to the fishing community in Sapolohe Village. In the policy content indicators, it could be concluded that the implementation of the Fisherman Insurance Premium Assistance Program policy had been carried out well, judging from the success rate of the implementation of the assistance being on target and in accordance with the disbursement provisions and the causes of events by the beneficiaries. On the indicator of community support, it could  be concluded that from this policy the community was very supportive and fully participates in accepting the policy regarding the existence of Fisherman Insurance Premium Assistance. In the potential distribution indicator, it could be concluded that in implementing the BPAN program the Head of the Bulukumba Fisheries Service had divided the tasks in each of his subordinate teams so that the implementation of the BPAN program run well and as expected.

Abstract

This research is to find out the Ethics of Public Service in the Mangalli Village Office, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This study uses a type of qualitative research using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews). The results of the study show that service ethics based on rights agreements have been going well because they have served the community regardless of race, ethnicity, religion and politics. The service ethic, namely justice here, has been well implemented by serving the community in a friendly manner. Furthermore, loyalty in the form of special honorary employees remains loyal to the agency regardless of how much salary they receive. And for accountability, it has not been fully implemented properly where employees arrive late to the office and go home before the set hour and employees who are still on an honorary status do not come to the office every day, so the service does not go well.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengalihkan masyarakat untuk menggunakan transportasi umum metode penelitian dengan tipe deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aspek Kondisi Lingkungan menunjukkan bahwa Bus Trans Mamminasa masih memiliki banyak kekurangan baik dari segi kontur jalan yang sempit dan padat ketersediaan halte, maupun keterbatasan rute yang ada dilapangan masih menjadi tugas tersendiri bagi pemerintah kota Makassar, Aspek Hubungan Antar Organisasi menunjukkan bahwa, segala pihak yang terlibat baik dari Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebagai perpanjangn tangan dari pemerintah pusat PT. Surveyor Indonesia sebagai pihak pengawas serta PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng dan PT. Borlindo selaku operator, Aspek Sumberdaya menunjukkan bahwa sumberdaya manusia dan non-manusia yang diterapakan oleh pihak operator pelaksana, Aspek Agen Pelaksana mendukung suskesnya penerapan Teman Bus Trans Mamminasata telah membuktikan bahwa kemampuan agen pelaksana tidak diragukan.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the innovation of online complaints service based on satisfaction and accuracy of targets in its implementation and public services received by the community. This study used  qualitative research with 11 informants. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation. The results of this study indicated that the most important thing in citizen complaints services was  the village government and local government should provide sufficient budget to carry out an innovation program because this was evidence of public service innovation that made it easy for the public to make complaints and the public as customers should begin to realize and utilize the development of information and communication technology at this time in carrying out daily activities, so that the online complaints service innovation program could be maximized as a whole. Keywords: Service innovation, complaints based online

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Coordination of the Village Government in the Empowerment of Farmers Groups in Bontomarannu Village, Gowa Regency. This study used qualitative with 9 informants. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation. The results of this study showed that the communication carried out by the village government with effective farmer groups without strengthening the ego of each group was able to produce good coordination to support the forms of the empowerment process of farmers, village government and all farmer groups were very aware with the importance of coordination, all efforts in empowering farmers or farmer groups were more maximal, and coordination was very important between the village government and farmer groups that could produce forms of coordination such as maximum work results and also know all the needs of farmer groups in the field.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the influence of village chief's leadership with an increase in social  activities Benteng Somba Opu youth community in Barombong District. This study was quantitative with the type of survey research, the sample was 35 people. The data was analyzed statistically simple linear regression with SPSS 20 program statistics. Hypothesis testing showed that the village chief's leadership variable was obtained (t) = 0.251 with a sig value of 0,000 because the value of the sig obtained was more than 0.05 then it showed that the value (t) obtained was significant. This meant that the village chief's leadership variable (X) was associated with an increase in social activities of youth youth (Y), so H was accepted. Role (R Square) the influence of the village chief's leadership  on the increase in social activities of the youth of Benteng Somba Opu District of Barombong, r square value of 0.420 or 42%.
