<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the management of clean water in public water companies and what facktors influence the implementation of clean water supply. The research method used qualitative. The number of informants in this study was 4 people. The data collection techniques were observation, interview,documentation study. The results of the study found that the planning had been carried out well, but there were still a number of problems such as education and the organization’s activities regarding the duties and authority of each of the existing sections. But for communication between employees was still not good, because of the different duties and authorities so that communication was rarely done, directing activities had been carried out but there were still problems associated with socialization and routine meetings, supervision through two types of prefentive supervision and repressive supervision. Prevention of prefention supervsion in the management of clean water was carried out by means of periodic monitoring with a network inspection. Whereas supervisory supervision for employees was carried out by giving directions or warnings to use personal protective equipment at work.]]>
