<![CDATA[Financial transactions cannot be separated from the economy of a country. Financial institutions are used to process the transaction. Banks here play a role in financial institutions. The role of the bank is as an intermediary or intermediary between parties who have excess money with those who lack in funds / money. So the role of the bank itself is to collect funds from customers / communities such as deposits and channel to customers in the form of credit. It can be seen that in recent years the bank's performance was good. Where CAR is 17, 43% - 22.93% is above the standard that is> 8%. ROA is also above 2% indicating that the bank can use assets that it owns for profit. NPL is below the standard. This means that banks show a healthy state and the level of bad credit is low. This study was conducted to determine the effect of ROA, CAR, NPL on stock prices. The sampling technique of this study used purposive sampling technique. Then it can be concluded that ROA has a positive and significant effect, CAR has a negative and significant effect, while NPL has an effect but not significant.]]>
