Abstract

Innovative service quality, basically take form reputable technology information which the activity is create the “recharge electricity program” that have objection to effectivity and make it easier to operate. But its positivelly response by batam citizen , the aim of this research is to measures the customer value how far the relationship mediated with image corporate. This research is evaluated to measuring how much level of public trust rendered against his visit for program conducted by pln bright batam as indicated by variable the value of customers and its implications on the image of state-owned electricity company pln was bright batam as a public company. How ever the variable is implicate for further study to increasing the image position PT PLN bright Batam as a public service corporation. The population research is the customer electricity prepaid households across seven district in Batam which ones with samples from 200 respondents and engineering the sample collection using proportional. sampling techniquesThe research is explanatory survey to analyze how big the influence and the relations among a variable whose, customers confidence in image of companies .This object of study is a customer of the recharge electricity take from 200 household responden in 7 district in Batam. This research used Structure Equation Model (SEM) as model analysis which for operate data mining used Lisrel 8.3 for windows. The result showed that service quality and price have effect on trust but not on corporate image. And trust has effects on corporate image.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi pada awal 2020 telah banyak memberikan dampak terhadap kinerja perusahaan, termasuk industri manufaktur di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan eksportir yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan terdaftar di BEI sebelum dan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 64 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2019-2020 dan terdaftar sebagai eksportir di laman resmi Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda dua sampel rata-rata berpasangan (paired sample t-test). Dimana variabel kinerja keuangan yang diukur yaitu rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan aktivitas yang terdiri dari current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, asset turnover, collection turnover, average collection period, inventory period, operating profit margin, return on assets, return on equity, dan net profit margin. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil bahwa sebelum dan selama adanya pandemic Covid-19 terdapat perbedaan pada quick ratio, cash ratio, asset turnover, collection turnover, average collection period, return on assets, dan return on equity. Sedangkan untuk current ratio, debt to equity ratio, inventory period, operating profit margin dan net profit margin tidak terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan pada masa pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived price, brand image and product quality, and on purchasing decisions for packaged drinking water. The population of this research is students of the faculty of economics UNRIKA Batam totaling 105 people. The sample consists of 105 respondents, who were taken by the saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study concluded that perceived price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.001, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.035, and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.019. Perceived price, brand image and product quality simultaneously influence the decisions purchase of 0.000. Keywords: Perceived Price, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Research on human resource management is highly intriguing, and employee emotional engagement can create a favorable environment for job happiness and productivity. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how leadership style and work discipline and impact employee performance. SPSS version 20 and a questionnaire for 102 respondents are used in this study. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques along with statistical analysis and quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis results for leadership style (X1) of 2.174 with a significance value of 0.032 and work discipline (X2) of 6.002 with a significance value of 0.000 were produced by researchers based on SPSS data analysis. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed a significance value of 0.000 and a score of 36.233. The conclusion of this study, the first hypothesis is that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, the second hypothesis is that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and the last hypothesis is that the two variables (leadership style, work discipline,) have a simultaneous influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Financial transactions cannot be separated from the economy of a country. Financial institutions are used to process the transaction. Banks here play a role in financial institutions. The role of the bank is as an intermediary or intermediary between parties who have excess money with those who lack in funds / money. So the role of the bank itself is to collect funds from customers / communities such as deposits and channel to customers in the form of credit. It can be seen that in recent years the bank's performance was good. Where CAR is 17, 43% - 22.93% is above the standard that is> 8%. ROA is also above 2% indicating that the bank can use assets that it owns for profit. NPL is below the standard. This means that banks show a healthy state and the level of bad credit is low. This study was conducted to determine the effect of ROA, CAR, NPL on stock prices. The sampling technique of this study used purposive sampling technique. Then it can be concluded that ROA has a positive and significant effect, CAR has a negative and significant effect, while NPL has an effect but not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to know empirically the direct influence and influence of the variables of compensation, work discipline and employee performance simultaneously. This study used 111 employees at PT. Haswarpin Group as a research sample. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 statistical software. The results of this study are: compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and compensation and work discipline simultaneously has a positive effect and significant to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT Mega Buana Indah in Batam City. The population in this study amounted to 156 people. In this study the sampling technique used is classified as a non probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling technique. By using the Slovin formula, the samples in this study were 113 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) version 21. This study produces multiple linear regression equations and has R Square Value (R2) in this study of 38.2%. Based on the results of the t-test research partially obtained results that Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the F test, the results showed that Motivation and Compensation together had a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT Mega Buana Indah in Batam City.
