<![CDATA[In order to compete in the era of global competition, companies are required to improve various aspects of their quality. Not only focusing on natural resources, but human resources is also an absolute thing to be improved in order to achieve the goals that have been set. This research was conducted to determine the influence of human capital, training and performance appraisal on employee performance at Telunas Resorts. The samples taken in this study were 120 using probability sampling as sampling technique with the proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data was collected through a google form questionnaire using likert measurement scale. The data is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of human capital on employee performance with a t value of 4,754 > t table (1,98063), there is an effect of training on employee performance with a t value of 2,904 > t table (1,98063), there is an effect of performance appraisal on employee performance with a t value of 6,564 > t table (1,98063) and there is an influence of human capital, training and performance appraisal on employee performance with an f value of 104,808 > f table (2,68).]]>
