In the business world, there are various types of business activities of the company. With the many activities of the company, competition between companies is an unavoidable one. The company will always strive to be the best in a variety of ways. In order for companies to compete, companies must be able to grow customer loyalty. To get customer loyalty, companies need to improve their brand image and brand trust. The focus of this study was to find out the Brand Image (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) for Holcim's Customer Loyalty (Y) at PT. Kinco Prima Batam City, with a population of 214 customers, and sampling techniques using Slovin formula that is equal to 140 respondents. All samples come from active customers of PT. Kinco Prima in December 2017. Research shows that Brand Image has no significant effect on Holcim's Customer Loyalty cement at PT. Kinco Prima Batam City, Brand Trust has a significant effect on Holcim's Customer Loyalty cement at PT. Kinco Prima Batam City. and Brand Image and Brand Trust simultaneously influence Holcim's Customer Loyalty at PT. Kinco Prima Batam City.Di dunia bisnis terdapat berbagai jenis kegiatan usaha perusahaan. Dengan banyaknya kegiatan perusahaan tersebut, persaingan antar perusahaan menjadi suatu yang tidak bisa dihindari. Perusahaan akan selalu berusaha untuk menjadi yang terbaik dengan berbagai cara yang dilakukan. Agar perusahaan bisa bersaing, maka perusahaan harus dapat menumbuhkan customer loyalty. Untuk mendapatkan customer loyalty, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan brand image, dan brand trust. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Brand Image (X1) dan Brand Trust (X2) terhadap Customer Loyalty (Y) semen Holcim pada PT. Kinco Prima Kota Batam, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 214 pelanggan, dan teknik penambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu sebesar 140 responden. Semua sampel berasal dari pelanggan aktif PT. Kinco Prima pada bulan Desember 2017. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image berpengaruh tidak signifian terhadap Customer Loyalty semen Holcim pada PT. Kinco Prima Kota Batam, Brand Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty semen Holcim pada PT. Kinco Prima Kota Batam. dan Brand Image dan Brand Trust secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Customer Loyalty semen Holcim pada PT. Kinco Prima Kota Batam

The significance of life insurance products is not dependent on technological sophistication and the equipment used, but rather on the service of its Human Resources-based officers, therefore this research wants to see the strength of human resources in marketing the products and their impact on the performance of life insurance employees in the Province Riau Islands, so the purpose of this research is to know the influence of the power of human resources which variables in particular are work motivation, competence, work environment, compensation for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and performance of life insurance officer in Riau Islands Province. The sample of this research is 206 respondents with multystage sampling method and purposive sampling design. Data were collected using questionnaire with Likert scale and then analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS version 21 program. The result of analysis proved that the competence and work environment had no significant effect on the performance, and the competence also had no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Significant effects in this study were: Work motivation for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work environment for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), compensation for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work motivation on performance, compensation for performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on performance.

From the initial survey and the joint interview, Mr. Amigus Arif as the chairman of RT 02 RW 02 on Setokok Island, stated that the lives of the people were trapped with loans with loan sharks. This is due to the lack of knowledge about how to manage money well. For this reason, Community Service was funded by the DPRM Community Partnership Program (PKM) with the aim of motivating and encouraging the coastal communities of Setokok Island in Batam City to form fishing cooperatives there as a solution. The target of the service was the coastal community of Setokok Island, Bulang Sub-District, Batam City, Riau Islands. The method used is observation to the location of partners conducting interviews, discussions, and conducting counseling and coaching with the community there. Topics and materials provided in counseling and guidance, namely: Introduction of cooperatives, types of cooperatives and their benefits, and social media marketing. This service level is in addition to increasing people's knowledge about cooperatives, they can also form fishing cooperatives later.

Studi penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wonder Trend Indonesia. Data karyawan yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data ini adalah karyawan PT Wonder Trend Indonesia yang berlokasi di Kota Batam. PT Wonder Trend Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang berlokasi di Kota Batam - Kepulauan Riau, yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur kertas bekas. Pengaruh motivasi dalam pelatihan dalam studi penelitian ini berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Hal ini didasarkan pada jumlah bubur kertas kering dan persentase kadar sampah yang di daur ulang, setiap karyawan membutuhkan motivasi dari dalam ataupun luar serta pelatihan yang bermutu, dengan tujuan proses daur ulang bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik dan lancar. Studi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam studi penelitian ini yaitu 105 respoden, yang diambil dengan sampling jenuh. Metode pengujian data yang di gunakan dalam studi penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Alat pengujian data dalam studi penelitian ini dibantu dengan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 25. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, serta motivasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja karyawan; Motivasi; Pelatihan

The problem in this research is the possibility of applying culture in the Palm Springs Golf Country Club that hasn’t gone well with the low motivation and culture of workers to obey the rules that apply to work. This has an impact on the work that is less than the maximum. Therefore research is carried out with the aim of studying cultural orientation, motivation, and work shifts towards employee performance. The method used descriptive analysis method applied to quantitative methods. The population is Palm Springs Golf Country Club employees with 151 sample employees. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument through the test of validity and reliability. Analyzed data using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship of independent variables with the dependent variable. T Test results produce a significant value for the variable Organizational Culture by 0,00, for the Motivation variable by 0,179 and for the Work Discipline variable by 0,00. So, partially Organizational Culture and Work Discipline have a significant and positive on employee performance, Motivation has no influence on employee performance. F test results have a significant value of 0.00 with Organizational Culture, Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant and positive on employee performance.

The need for capital to develop a business is growing rapidly, and it brings very tight competition to business people. Thisencourages the emergence of many new types of businesses that can become one of the threats for PT. BPR Satya MitraAndalan. PT. BPR Satya Mitra Andalan is one of the companies engaged in banking which has been established since 2017in the city of Batam. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect between service quality andinterest rates partially and simultaneously on customer loyalty deposits at PT. BPR Satya Mitra Andalan. In this study, theauthors used a descriptive quantitative research method using 180 populations. The population was reduced to 124populations using the slovin formula. In this study, the authors use SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version25 is a program used by the author to process data obtained from respondents. The results in this study indicate that there isa positive and significant effect between service quality and interest rates partially and simultaneously on the customerloyalty of PT. BPR Satya Mitra Andalan.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, work environment and work culture onemployee performance at PT. Osi Electronics. This research includes associative research on a causal quantitativeapproach. This study uses a population of one department of PT. Osi Electronics' employees totaling 268 people and in thisstudy uses a non probability sampling technique so that if calculated using the solvin formula with an error rate of 5% so asto produce a sample of 161 people. Data collection used is by distributing questionnaires while data analysis using dataanalysis is done by using descriptive statistical analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (NormalityTest, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroskedastity Test), Influence Test (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis andDetermination Coefficient Analysis and Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test). based on research from data analysis it can beconcluded that partially (T-test) emotional intelligence variable significantly and positively influences employee performancewith a value of 0,000 <0.05, work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance witha value of 0.001 <0.05, then the work culture also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. whilesimultaneously (Test F) emotional intelligence, work environment and work culture variables have a positive and significanteffect on employee performance with a value of 0,000 <0.005.

Berdasarkan hasil survei dan wawancara dengan Bapak Muhammad Centung selaku ketua RT 01 RW 02 di pulau Setokok, bahwa permasalahan kehidupan masyarakatnya adalah selalu terjebak pada pemimjaman kepada rentenir/tengkulak yang membebani bunga yang relatif tinggi selama ini. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan tentang bagaimana cara efektif mengelola keuangan. Oleh karena itu, para para penduduk di sina yang umumnya adalah nelayan anak-anaknya tidak pernah mengenyam sampai duduk di Perguruan Tinggi, menamatkan SLTA saja bisa dihitung dengan jari. Untuk itulah dilakukannnya Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melalui DPRM Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dengan tujuan untuk dapat menambah pengetahuan serta wawasan di masyarakat pesisir tentang bagaimana pegelolaan keuangan yang baik serta menambah pemahaman dan keterampilan berpikir. Sasaran yang menjadi obyek pengabdian adalah masyarakat pesisir Pulau Setokok Kecamatan Bulang, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi ke lokasi mitra melakukan wawancara, diskusi dengan ketua Rukun Tetangga dan Ketua Warga dan memperjelas permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra. Pendidikan diberikan melalui penyuluhan tentang topik yang berkaitan dengan materi dan melalui pelatihan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam me-manage keuangan yang baik serta evaluasi dan pemonitoran keberhasilan program keberlanjutan dilakukan. Luaran hasil didapat adalah penerapan semua anggota mitra, dalam hal ini masyarakat pulau Setokok Kecamatan Bulang Kota Batam memahami pola berpikir kreatif, menggelola keuangan yang baik, serta menambah ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstrak Perkembangan retail saat ini sudah cukup luas di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu banyaknya retail yang ada mampu mengurangi pengangguran di Indonesia maupun di Batam. Terdapat beberapa perusahaan retail yang ada di Batam salah satu diantaranya Alfamart, munculnya Alfamart di Kota Batam yaitu sejak tahun 2015 lalu, dengan kehadiran Alfamart di Kota Batam membuat konsumen lebih mudah berbelanja karena akses yang sangat strategis dengan masyarakat disekitarnya. Alfamart merupakan perusahaan retail minimarket terkemuka di Indonesia dengan lisensi merek dagang Alfamart, gerai ini umumnya menjual berbagai produk makanan serta minuman dan barang kebutuhan lainnya, lebih dari 200 produk makanan dan barang kebutuhan hidup lainnya tersedia dengan berbagai macam merek yang ada untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen sehari-hari. Teknik sampel yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Dengan jumlah kuesioner sebanyak 343 responden yang membuat keputusan pembelian untuk produk yang ditawarkan di Alfamart. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Private label berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. The sampling technique used to collect data in this study in sampling using probability sampling techniques using random sampling methods. With a total number of questionnaires as many as 343 respondents who made purchasing decisions for the products offered at Alfamart. The results of this study stated that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Private label has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.. Abstrak Keputusan pembelian disebabkan oleh faktor, diantaranya kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi jika kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi tepat dengan apa yang diinginkan konsumen. Hal ini bisa menarik perhatian konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT Pos Belakang Padang Batam. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif penelitian ini menggunakan populasi yang dihitung dari jumlah konsumen perbulan sebanyak 485 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 219 responden merupakan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling. Metode pengambilan data yaitu dengan kuesioner. Pengujian dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda,koefisien determinasi, uji T dan F alat bantu yang digunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa uji R2 sebesar 0,295 ini berarti keputusan pembelian di PT Pos Belakang Padang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi, sisanya (70,5%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian uji t menyatakan bahwa. Kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
