<![CDATA[Effective communication is an important element in supporting the formation of character and self-confidence in students, which are essential aspects in educational success. This study aims to identify effective teacher communication strategies through a literature review. This study analyzes previous findings related to best practices and challenges faced in implementing teacher communication. The results of the study indicate that the use of positive language, providing constructive feedback, modeling by teachers, providing opportunities for public speaking, and creating a supportive learning environment are the main strategies in building character and self-confidence in students. In addition, obstacles such as differences in student backgrounds and time constraints are challenges that must be overcome with an adaptive approach. This study provides insight into the importance of the role of communication in supporting holistic student development, with recommendations for improving teacher training to optimize communication in the classroom]]>
