<![CDATA[The Word Square learning model is cooperative learning that requires students' independence in finding words in a word box shaped like a crossword puzzle which is used to convey lesson material. The formulation in this research is whether there is an influence in the application of the Word Square learning model on student learning outcomes in the water cycle material in class V at SDN 46 Banda Aceh. This research aims to determine the effect of applying the Word Square learning model on student learning outcomes in water cycle material in class V at SDN 46 Banda Aceh. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This type of quasi-experimental research uses the One Group Pretest Posttest Design model. Sampling was taken using a saturated sampling technique, the sample used was 24 students in class V. The data collection technique was carried out by giving a test of 10 questions in essay form after 3 meetings to see student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique uses the t-test. The research results show that with a significant level of = 0.05 and dk = n-1=24-1=23 then the t distribution list with t_((1-)(n-1))=t_((0.95) (23)) so that we get t_((0.95)(23)) = 1.71 because t_countt_(table ,) namely 19.5 1.71. Thus H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of the Word Square learning model on student learning outcomes in the water cycle organ material in class V SDN 46 Banda Aceh.]]>
