Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres akademik dan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Informatika angkatan 2018 di Universitas X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Informatika angkatan 2018 di Universitas X yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi yang berjumlah 100 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data kuesioner berskala likert. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala yaitu stres akademik yang diadaptasi dari teori Gadzella dan Masten, sedangkan skala prokrastinasi akademik diadaptasi dari teori Ferarri. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis korelasi Product Momen Pearson. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan nilai Pearson Corellation sebesar 0,326 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. Maknanya adalah terdapat hubungan antara stres akademik dan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Informatika angkatan 2018 di Universitas X. Kata Kunci: Stres Akademik, Prokrastinasi Akademik, Mahasiswa Yang Mengerjakan Skripsi Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between academic stress and academic procrastination in students majoring in Informatics Engineering class 2018 at University X. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students majoring in Informatics Engineering class of 2018 at University X who were working on a thesis totaling 100 students. The sampling technique used was the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses Likert-scale questionnaire data. The research instrument uses two scales, namely academic stress which is adapted from Gadzella and Masten's theory, while the academic procrastination scale is adapted from Ferarri's theory. The data analysis technique uses Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, the Pearson Corellation value was 0.326 with a significant value of 0.001. The meaning is that there is a relationship between academic stress and academic procrastination in students majoring in Informatics Engineering class 2018 at University X.
