Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran kemandirian belajar mahasiswa baru jurusan Psikologi. Schunk dan Zimmerman (1989) menjelaskan bahwa individu yang memiliki self regulated learning secara metakognisi, motivasional dan behavioral ikut aktif dalam proses belajar individu dengan sendirinya memulai belajar secara langsung untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan keahlian yang diinginkan tanpa bergantung pada guru, orang tua dan orang lain. Penelitian ini menggambarkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa baru jurusan Psikologi menggunakan skala yang disusun mandiri oleh penulis dengan mengembangkani dari teori Zimmerman. Skala tersebut memiliki koefisien reliabilitas 0,917 dengan total item sebesar 39 aitem. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Total subjek penelitian sebanyak 140 mahasiswa baru. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 71,42% mahasiswa terkategori sedang, 15 % yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan 13,57% yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model  Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Psikologi Sosial di Jurusan Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNESA. Problem Based Learning digunakan untuk merangsang berpikir tingkat tinggi dalam situasi yang berorientasi masalah, termasuk di dalamnya kemampuan berfikir kritis. Melalui penerapan Problem Based Learning ini, mahasisiswa diharapkan dapat menggali dan menemukan sendiri pemecahan masalah yang dibahas dalam proses belajar mengajar didalam kelas. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Sebelum dilakukan penelitian hanya ada 66,6% mahasiswa dalam kategori œcukup kritis  sedangkan 33,30% lainnya ada dalam kategori œtidak kritis. Setelah dilakukan tindakan dalam siklus I dan siklus II ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa yang termasuk  dalam kategori œsangat kritis dari yang semula tidak ada  meningkat menjadi 29%  sementara itu, untuk  kategori œkritis dari yang semula tidak ada meningkat menjadi 58% mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Psikologi Sosial jurusan Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNESA. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning model in improving students' critical thinking skills in the Social Psychology course at the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Education at UNESA. Problem Based Learning is used to stimulate high-level thinking in problem-oriented situations, including the ability to think critically. Through the application of Problem Based Learning, students are expected to explore and find their own problem solving discussed in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The method used is Classroom Action Research. Before to the study there were only 66.6% of students in the "quite critical" category while the other 33.30% were in the "uncritical" category. After the study with cycle I and cycle II found that students included in the category of "very critical" from none is increase to 29% of student while for the "critical" category from none is increase  to 58% of students. Thus, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning model is able to improve students' critical thinking skills in the Social Psychology course at the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Education at UNESA.

Abstract

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a medical disorder that can be recognized by specific behavioral characteristics, namely inattention to surroundings, easily distracted condition, and an attitude of following one's own will. Children diagnosed with ADHD require special treatment so that their specificity can be fulfilled. Teacher knowledge about ADHD is an important thing in order to detect and provide the right educational model for students. The implementation of this training in community service uses modules and early detection tools for ADHD children or students. The purpose of this activity is so that teachers can identify the condition of their students whether any of these students lead to the characteristics of ADHD. Based on the results of the post-test and case discussions, the teachers at the beginning of the activity stated that they were still confused about the condition of their students so that they understood the situation of their students more clearly. The teachers also stated that they more clearly see the condition of the students they work with in class, especially for students who have a tendency to ADHD.   ADHD (Atention Deficit Hiperactivity Disorder) adalah kelainan medis yang dapat dikenali dengan ciri-ciri perilaku khusus sikap kurang memperhatikan sekeliling, kondisi mudah terganggu, dan sikap mengikuti kemauannya sendiri. Anak yang terdeteksi  ADHD membutuhkan penanganan yang khusus agar kekhususannya dapat terpenuhi. Pengetahuan guru tentang ADHD menjadi sebuah hal yang penting dalam rangka mendeteksi dan memberikan model pendidikan yang tepat bagi siswa. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini  ini menggunakan modul dan alat deteksi dini untuk anak/ siswa ADHD. Tujuan kegiatan ini  adalah agar para guru dapat mengenali kondisi siswa mereka apakah ada dari para siswa tersebut yang mengarah kepada ciri-ciri ADHD. Berdasarkan hasil pre test post test dan diskusi kasus, para guru yang diawal kegiatan menyatakan masih bingung mengenai kondisi siswa mereka menjadi lebih memahami keadaan siswa mereka secara lebih jelas. Para guru juga menyatakan mereka lebih jelas melihat kondisi siswa yang mereka tangani di kelas terutama untuk siswa yang memiliki kecenderungan ADHD.

Abstract

Abstract

Detection of growth and development in children, especially those who are still at an early age, is very important to do to identify if there is a delay or developmental abnormality in children. Children who are identified as having developmental barriers or who are known as children with special needs certainly need a special form of handling or treatment that can help them develop optimally according to their abilities. The phenomenon that often occurs is that parents experience delays in knowing that their children are classified as children with special needs so the treatment given is quite late. For most people, it is not easy to know that a child is said to be or is categorized as a child with special needs. This is an obstacle and obstacle experienced by the TK Negeri Pembina Bangkalan Regency. So far, because there has been no detection or screening of child development, it has made it difficult for teachers to apply mentoring patterns to children. Therefore, it is necessary to have early detection or psychological examination to find out and ensure barriers to child development, so of course, children can also get appropriate treatment according to their needs. The aim is to help parents or guardians of children to find out the special needs of each child if they are identified as having developmental barriers. The hope is that this can help parents to be able to understand the limitations and also parents and guardians of students can provide a form of early handling of the limitations possessed by children.

Abstract

The Satria Nusantara (SN) Respiratory Arts Institute (LSP) is a martial arts college that develops the six human senses, where this institution was created as a form of defense of various traditional cultural values through pencak silat in order to achieve the goal of improving health and fitness as a form of physical endurance. and health promotion through exercise. However, apart from being physically healthy, mental health is also important. Psychological well-being is a healthy psychological condition, free from mental problems and functioning optimally. This is the background for the service team to provide training in the form of awareness training which aims to increase understanding of oneself and the behavior of others. This activity was held at LSP Satria Nusantara in Surabaya using lecture and direct practice methods. Participants in this training are all members of LSP Satria Nusantara. This activity lasted for 2 months. Through this activity, it is hoped that members of LSP Satria Nusantara Surabaya will be helped in their personal and social development

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan disiplin kerja anggota organisasi X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Penentuan subjek didasarkan pada populasi penelitian yakni 30 subjek. Teknik pengambilan subjek menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala iklim organisasi (25 aitem valid dengan ? : 0,877) dan skala disiplin kerja (17 aitem valid dengan ? : 0,758). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara iklim organisasi dengan disiplin kerja anggota organisasi X dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 (Sig < 0,05) dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,693. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat disiplin kerja anggota organisasi, begitupun sebaliknya. Kata Kunci: iklim organisasi, disiplin kerja, anggota organisasi Abstract This study was aimed to determine the relationship between organizational climate with work discipline of organization member. This study used a correlational quantitative research method. Determination of the subject is based on the study population of 30 subjects. The technique of taking subject uses saturated sampling technique. The instruments in this study used an organizational climate scale (25 valid items with ?: 0,877) and a work discipline scale (17 valid items with ?: 0,758). The data analysis technique used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work discipline of organization member with a significant value of 0,000 (Sig. < 0.05) and a correlation value of 0.693. The results show that the better the organizational climate, the higher the level of work discipline of organization member, and vice versa. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara hardiness dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi selama pandemi covid 19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 231 dengan memiliki kriteria mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya angkatan 2016 2017 yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Subjek berjumlah 80 mahasiswa dengan rincian angkatan 2016 berjumlah 16 mahasiswa dan angkatan 2017 berjumlah 64, serta 66 berjenis kelamin perempuan dan 14 berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Intrumen yang digunakan yaitu skala hardiness yang disusun berdasarkan pada teori Kobasa dan skala stres akademik yang diadaptasi dari teori Gadzella. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara hardiness dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang mengerjakan skripsi selama pandemi covid 19 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 dan nilai korelasi -0,617. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi hardiness, maka semakin rendah stres akademik dan sebaliknya semakin rendah hardiness maka semakin tinggi stres akademik yang dialami mahasiswa. Hal ini disebabkan karena dengan adanya kepribadian hardiness maka mahasiswa dapat mengontrol, mengubah situasi yang menegangkan, memiliki komitmen untuk emnyelesaikan skripsi dengan baik serta menilai bahwa perubahan merupakan suatu tantangan sehingga stres akademik yang dialami mahasiswa menjadi berkurang. Hardiness memberikan sumbangan 38,1% terhadap stres akademik dan 61,9 stres akademik dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain. Kata kunci: hardiness, stres akademik, mahasiswa, skripsi, pandemi covid 19. Abstract This research aimed to test empirically the relationship between hardiness and academic stress to college student with their thesis during pandemic covid 19. The method is kuantitatif correlational. The populations in study amounted to 231 with criteria is 2016 and 2017 Psychology college University of Surabaya who work on their thesis. Participant in the study of 80 psychology college University State of Surabaya with details is 16 partisipants for 2016, 64 partisipants for 2017 and 66 female, 14 male. The instrument used in this research is hardiness scale from Kobasa theory and academic stress scale from Gadzella theory. The data analysis technique used to prodect moment pearson. The result showed a significant negative correlation between hardiness and academic stress to college student with their thesis during pandemic covid 19 with significant value 0,000 and correlation value -0,617. The result show the higher hardiness, that lower academic stress and vice versa. This is because students with hardiness personality can control and change the situasions, have commitment to complete their thesis and assess that change is challenge, so academic stress experienced can reduced. Hardiness gives contributions 38,1% to academic stress and 61,9% academic stress is influenced by other factors. Keywords: hardiness, academic stress, college student, thesis, pandemic covid 19

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengambilan keputusan religiusitas pada remaja yang memiliki orang tua beda agama. Sederhananya, remaja mengambil keputusan salah satu agama yang dianut oleh kedua orang tuanya yang berbeda. Negara Indonesia mewajibkan warganya memeluk agama yang sah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subyek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 5 remaja yang memiliki orang tua beda agama dan tinggal di kota Surabaya dengan rentang usia 12-20 tahun. Subyek pada penelitian ini sedang atau pernah mengalami kebingungan memilih agama. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis menggunakan interactive model, uraian tahapnya meliputi reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (display data), dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subyek telah melewati serangkaian proses pengambilan keputusan dan menetapi salah satu agama yang legal di Indonesia. Adanya motivasi dan sifat individu yang menuntunnya memeluk salah satu agama dan melampaui kebingungan yang pernah terjadi. Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Religiusitas, Beda Agama Abstract This study aims to determine the process of decision-making on religiosity in adolescents who have parents of different religions. Simply put, adolescents make decisions on one religion which is confronted by their parents of different religions. The Indonesian state requires its citizens to embrace a valid religion. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were 5 adolescents who have parents of different religions and live in the city of Surabaya with an age range of 12-20 years. The subjects in this study are currently or have experienced confusion in choosing religion. The data collection technique in this study used in-depth interviews. The analysis technique uses an interactive model, the stage description includes data reduction, data display (data display), and conclusion drawing (verification). The results showed that the subjects had gone through a series of decision-making processes and fulfilled one of the legal religions in Indonesia. There are motivations and individual traits that lead him to embrace one religion and go beyond the confusion that has ever occurred. Keywords: Decision Making, Religiosity, Different Religion
