<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan pendekatan keterampilan proses yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs. Alkhairaat Tondo pada materi luas permukaan dan volume balok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan McTaggart, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan keterampilan proses yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui tahap-tahap pembelajaran sebagai berikut: pengamatan, interpretasi hasil pengamatan, peramalan, pengkajian, generalisasi penemuan, penerapan dan komunikasi. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan proses; hasil belajar; luas permukaan dan volume balok Abstract: This research aims to obtain a description of the application skills process approach that can improve learning outcomes students class VIII MTs. Alkhairaat Tondo on the material Surface Area and Volume of cubein. The type of research is a classroom action research (CAR), with refers to the design of the research Kemmis and McTaggart that is: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed that the application of process skills approach can improve student learning outcomes. As for the stages of approach skill applied in the learning process is the observation, interpretation of the observations, forecasting, assessment, generalization discovery, application and communication.
