<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi penerapan metode penemuan terbimbing dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi jumlah besar sudut-sudut segitiga di Kelas VII SMP PGRI Sienjo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dua siklus, rancangan penelitian ini mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis’ dan Mc.Taggart’s yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam pembelajaran dengan metode penemuan terbimbing yaitu merumuskan masalah, menganalisis data, menyusun konjektur, verbalisasi konjektur dan menyediakan soal latihan. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil, dengan melihat hasil observasi siswa dan hasil observasi guru yang banyak muncul pada lembar observasi. Pada siklus I siswa belum mampu menjumlahkan besar sudut-sudut dalam segitiga dan pada siklus II adalah siswa mampu menentukan hubungan sudut dalam dan sudut luar segitiga. Abstract: This research aim to obtain description about the application of the guided discovery method in effort to improve student’s learning outcomes on sum of triangular corners in class VII SMP PGRI Sienjo. This research was conducted in two cycles, and the design of this research refers to Kemmis’ and Mc.Taggart’s research design that is planning, action, observation, and reflection. The steps that was conducted in learning with used the guided discovery method those were formulate the problems, analyze the data, arrange a conjecture, verbalization of conjecture and provide exercises. This research is successful by looking the result of students' and teacher's observation in observation sheet.
