PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII SMP 1 SINDUE TOMBUSABORA PADA MATERI PERSAMAAN LINEAR SATU VARIABEL

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 1 Sindue Tombusabora pada materi persamaan linear satu variabel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Rancangan penelitian mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 1 Sindue Tombusabora berjumlah 30 orang yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dan dipilih 3 orang sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi persamaan linear satu variabel mengikuti tahap-tahap, yaitu: 1) menyampaikan tujuan dan memotivasi siswa, 2) menyajikan/menyampaikan informasi, 3) mengorganisasikan siswa dalam kelompok–kelompok belajar, 4) membimbing kelompok dalam bekerja dan belajar, 5) evaluasi, 6) memberikan penghargaan. Kata kunci: Student Team Achievement Division., hasil belajar, persamaan linear satu variabel. Absract: The purpose of this research was to obtain a description that applying Cooperative Learning Type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) that can improve student’s learning Outcomes in Class VII B SMP Negeri 1 Sindue Tombusabora on linear equations one variable material. The research type at this research is a classroom action research. As the research design refered to the design of the research of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart that is planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students of class VII B Negeri 1 Sindue Tombusabora were 30 people enrolled in the academic year 2016/2017 and selected three people as informants. The Result of research indicate that applying Model of Cooperative Learning of STAD able to improve result learn student at items surface area and also volume of cube and beams, is to: 1) conveying the learning objectives and motivating, 2) presenting / conveying information, 3) organizing study group, 4) team of study and monitoring, 5) evaluation, 6) giving appreciation.
