PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION (TAI) PADA MATERI SIFAT-SIFAT SUDUT

Abstrak:Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sifat-sifat sudut di kelas VII A SMP Negeri 19 Palu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang mengacu pada rancangan penelitian oleh Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) observasi, dan 4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 19 Palu yang berjumlah 20 orang, dan dipilih 3 orang siswa sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model kooperatif tipe TAI dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sifat-sifat sudut di kelas VII A SMP Negeri 19 Palu, dengan mengikuti tahap-tahap sebagai berikut: 1) menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dan memotivasi siswa, 2) menyajikan informasi , 3) mengorganisasikan siswa ke dalam kelompok dan kreatifitas siswa (student creative), 4) belajar kelompok (team study) dan membimbing kelompok belajar 5) evaluasi dan Test fakta (fact test), dan 6) memberikan Penghargaan. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), Hasil Belajar, Sifat-sifat Sudut. Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the implementation of cooperative learning model Type Assisted Individualization Team (TAI) in an effort to improve student learning outcomes on the subject of angular properties in class VII A SMP Negeri 19 Palu. This research is a classroom action research which refers to the research design by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consisting of four components, namely 1) planning, 2) action implementation, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. The subjects of the study were the students of class VII A in SMP Negeri 19 Palu, consist of 20 people, and selected 3 students as informants. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of cooperative learning model type TAI can improve student learning outcomes on the subject of angular properties in class VII A SMP Negeri 19 Palu, with the stages: 1) convey goals and motivate students, 2) convey information, 3) organize students in study groups, 4) guide the group work and study, 5) evaluation, 6) reward.
