<![CDATA[Lembongan Island is one of the islands in Bali Province, located in Klungkung Regency, with tourism potential, one of which is culinary tourism. Lembongan Island is known for its natural beauty and rich marine resources, providing a significant opportunity to offer fresh and authentic seafood dishes to tourists. However, there are several weaknesses, such as limited menu variations and inconsistent service quality, that need to be addressed to enhance competitiveness. This research also identifies opportunities arising from the increasing interest of tourists in local culinary experiences and sustainability, as well as threats from climate change and competition with other destinations. By implementing appropriate strategies based on SWOT analysis, this study concludes that Lembongan Island has significant potential to develop as an attractive and sustainable seafood culinary tourism destination. The findings of this research are expected to provide guidance for stakeholders in formulating policies and strategies for culinary tourism development on the island.]]>
