This study aims to examine the relationship between service quality, location, and Word Of Mouth on purchasing decisions for Non-Subsidized LPG with price as a moderating variable for marketing management at Aral Gas Trading Business, Depok City. This research is comparative clausal research, which analyzes the causal relationship between two or more variables. The variables used in this study are Service Quality (X1), Location (X2), Word Of Mouth (X3) independent variables, and Purchasing decisions as the dependent variable (Y1) with Price (Y2) as the moderating variable. The object of research is Non-Subsidized LPG Customers (67 respondents). In this study, the population and saturated samples taken were all customers of the ARAL Gas trade business Kp. Babakan RT.005/003 Kel. Sukatani Kec. Tapos Depok City. Analysis using SEM PLS with Smart PLS 4 and SPSS applications. The results of the study are that location directly affects the decision to purchase non-subsidized LPG at the ARAL Gas trade business in Depok City, while other variables do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
