Abstract

Konsep teori belajar konstruktivisme bertujuan untuk memberikan siswa kesempatan yang luas untuk membangun dan mempelajari proses pembelajaran, serta untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dan mandiri dalam menemukan ide dan konsep baru. Dalam proses pembelajaran sekarang ini yang menjadi permasalahan utama adalah kurang aktifnya siswa untuk ikut berinteraksi di dalam kelas, serta siswa kurang motivasi untuk menggali informasi secara mandiri. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat artikel ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan cara agar siswa lebih dapat termotivasi. Artikel ini dibuat menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menggunakan metode review naratif (Narrative reveiew) dan review deskriptif (Descriptive review). Penelitian yang menggunakan metode narrative review akan mengelompokkan objek penelitian berdasarkan metode penelitian, tema, atau hasil penelitian untuk kemudian dijabarkan dalam bentuk narasi. Dari gagasan ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa proses praktikum komputer harus memprioritaskan memberi siswa kesempatan untuk belajar secara mandiri dan mengeksplorasi lebih banyak informasi. Tugas pendidik hanyalah memfasilitasi dan memberi arahan, sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik dan bermakna bagi siswa

Abstract

Communication styles can be used to motivate employees in terms of improving performance. The communication style used by leaders is adapted to the situation and conditions of the institution or organization. The purpose of this research is to find out how important communication style is and the type of communication style used by a leader, be it an organizational leader, a leader in an agency or institution, a leader in society, and so on. The research method used is a qualitative method in the form of a literature study. Data was taken from the Publish or Perish application, totaling 10 articles related to the communication styles used by leaders in leading organizations, agencies and so on. The results of this research are the communication style. The equalitarian style is considered the most effective communication style to use for a leader.

Abstract

Education as the foundation for shaping high-quality and competitive human resources requires the effectiveness of student learning as the primary focus. Factors influencing learning effectiveness, particularly facilities and motivation, are a serious concern in the context of globalization and rapid changes. Facilities play a crucial role in creating a conducive learning environment. The availability of comfortable classrooms, comprehensive libraries, laboratories, and information technology plays a crucial role in shaping students' abilities. Motivation, as an internal driving force, is key to achieving academic goals. High motivation helps foster independent learning, perseverance, and the spirit to overcome challenges. This research employs a qualitative approach with a literature review method, exploring scholarly works through the Publish or Perish application. The research focuses on the influence of facilities and motivation on student learning. The study reveals a significant correlation between facilities and motivation with the effectiveness of student learning. A conducive learning environment influences students' activity and learning effectiveness. Adequate facilities, such as comprehensive libraries and information technology, enhance the comfort of learning. High motivation supports optimal utilization of facilities. Good integration between facilities and motivation can create a learning ecosystem that supports students' academic growth. Universities and educational institutions need to improve facilities and design effective motivation programs to provide a better learning experience. This conclusion provides guidance for improving the education system and forming a generation ready to face future challenges

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal certification on slaughterhouses is a building or complex of buildings specifically designed to meet certain technical and hygienic requirements and is also used for slaughtering animals using descriptive qualitative research methods. Halal certification is a process where halal certification is obtained through several inspection steps to prove that the raw materials, production process and halal product guarantee system of the Company have met the established standards. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 13 paragraph (1) number 2 of 2010, in terms of Ruminant Slaughterhouses and Meat, a Slaughterhouse, hereinafter abbreviated as RPH, is a building or complex of buildings that are treated as slaughterhouses. . The establishment of a Halal system must meet the criteria of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance system. To accelerate the Halal certification process, the government has taken the Halal Product Guarantee (JPH) policy which is a derivative of the Job Creation Law Number 11 of 2020. Based on PP article 140 no. Article 39 of the Halal Product Guarantee in 2021 states that the determination of halal certification guarantees for food, beverages, slaughter products, and slaughter services will be carried out in stages. Slaughter products are the most important ingredient and slaughterhouses are at the top of the production chain, so slaughterhouses must ensure that the slaughter and processing process is carried out in accordance with Islamic law and established halal rules. If the meat produced in the slaughterhouse is not halal, then the meat products and processed products are also non-halal products. Based on these three standards, abattoirs can produce good products while reducing adverse impacts on the environment. Meat must be slaughtered in a slaughterhouse in such a way that it is halal, safe and healthy. Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out how devices influence the emotional development of early childhood; discussions suggested that the use of devices against early children has a significant negative impact on the child's emotional and social development will be inhibited, including mental disorders, unstable emotions, and emotional relationships between parents and children. In this research the author obtains information data in the  study of libraries, library studies is a way to collect information and data from various sources such asbooks, journals, articles and others. Almost all kinds of research requires library study, in each library search research that is mainly and is included as an initial step to prepare a research framework.

Abstract

This researcher focuses on identifying factors that can influence stock prices. Through this research, it is expected to gain a better understanding of the dynamics of the stock market and the factors that need to be considered by stakeholders in the capital market. This study employs a qualitative research method. The research approach used is literature review, collecting data by comprehending and studying theories from various literature related to the research. Data for this study were retrieved from the Publish Or Perish application, consisting of 10 articles related to the research. The following are the 10 articles that serve as data sources in this study, and the factors influencing stock prices are Return On Equity, where this variable can have a positive effect on stock prices. Changes in Return On Investment, Cash Flow from Investments, Price to Book Value, and Debt to Asset Ratio have an impact on changes in stock prices. Partially, the variables Return On Investment, Price to Book Value, and Debt to Asset Ratio influence stock values. In essence, stocks are volatile and challenging to predict or estimate whether they will rise or fall. Changes in the return on investment, cash flow from investments, book value to value, and debt-to-asset ratio have an impact on changes in stock values. Generally, the factors of Return On Investment, Price to Book Value, and Debt to Asset Ratio influence stock values.

Abstract

The Free Learning Policy and Merdeka Curriculum are aimed at improving the quality of education evenly across Indonesia. However, their implementation faces various challenges due to geographical conditions, lack of readiness among teachers and schools. The objective of this literature review is to map the issues in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and formulate alternative solutions. Data sources are derived from articles and journals on the evaluation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The analysis technique employs Miles and Huberman's model, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study results identify the main problems as limited understanding and abilities of teachers, as well as inadequate learning facilities. It is recommended to improve curriculum implementation management by involving collaboration among various stakeholders consistently, so that the goals of enhancing the quality and accessibility of education can be achieved

Abstract

Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) memiliki peran krusial dalam menentukan tata pemerintahan desa yang baik dan efektif. Artikel ini menganalisis pengelolaan anggaran dan belanja desa sebagai bagian integral dari pemerintahan tingkat lokal. Proses tersebut mencakup perencanaan anggaran, alokasi dana, pelaksanaan program pembangunan, dan evaluasi hasil. Perencanaan anggaran desa harus dilakukan dengan cermat, mempertimbangkan kebutuhan mendesak dan prospek pembangunan. Analisis melibatkan pemahaman mendalam terhadap aspek-aspek seperti perencanaan anggaran, alokasi dana, pelaksanaan program pembangunan, dan evaluasi hasil. Alokasi dana harus dilakukan secara adil dan terbuka untuk memastikan setiap sektor mendapatkan bantuan yang memadai. Pengawasan ketat terhadap program pembangunan juga diperlukan untuk memastikan penggunaan anggaran desa yang efektif. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan anggaran dianggap kunci untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di tingkat desa. Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) menjadi instrumen penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan dan pemberdayaan di desa, dengan melibatkan pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Dengan menganalisis sepuluh artikel dari berbagai referensi, penelitian ini membahas peran dan proses pengelolaan APBDes dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa APBDes memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan tata pemerintahan desa. Pengelolaan APBDes melibatkan berbagai tahapan, termasuk perencanaan, penganggaran, penatausahaan, pelaporan, pertanggungjawaban, dan pengawasan. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat sangat penting dalam proses ini untuk memastikan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Kesimpulannya, APBDes memiliki peran krusial dalam mencapai tujuan spesifik pembangunan dan pengaturan desa. Transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat merupakan elemen penting dalam memastikan efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran dan belanja desa.

Abstract

This research analyzes consumer behavior in implementing marketing mix on products with high and low levels of involvement. This study aims to understand the differences in consumer behavior patterns towards the two types of products and how marketing mix elements—product, price, place, and promotion—influence purchasing decisions. Through a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and surveys, it was found that consumers of high involvement products consider quality and brand image factors more, while consumers of low involvement products are more influenced by price and availability factors. The results of this research provide strategic guidance for marketers in designing effective marketing programs according to the type of product and characteristics of targeted consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi dan dampak entrepreneurship dalam dua sektor: keuangan dan perikanan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode root cause analysis dan cause and effect analysis. Fokus utama adalah pada Flip, sebuah startup di sektor keuangan yang mengganggu pasar transfer uang tradisional dengan menghilangkan biaya administrasi antar bank. Studi ini juga mencakup sektor perikanan dengan studi kasus pada rumah makan Ikan dan Udang Banyuwangi yang menggunakan pendekatan inovatif dalam mengelola bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis akar masalah dan analisis sebab-akibat untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan solusi yang diimplementasikan oleh Flip. Selain itu, berbagai persona pelanggan dari segmen berbeda diidentifikasi untuk mengilustrasikan dampak nyata dari layanan Flip dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi dan pendekatan yang disruptif dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya operasional, memberikan nilai tambah bagi pengguna dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di sektor yang berbeda.
