<![CDATA[ABSTRAKDalam pekerjaan sungai seringkali menimbulkan masalah seperti pembebasan lahan, tempat pembuangan hasil galian tanah. Seperti pada pengerjaan perbaikan dan pengaturan sungai cikamangi di Kabupaten Majalengka yang bentuk alur sungainya berbelok-belok terhambat pada pembebasan lahan, sehingga sulit untuk meluruskan alur sungai. Begitu pula pada pengerjaan rehabilitasi sungai citarik di Kabupaten Bandung yang pada pelaksanaan pekerjaannya terdapat permasalahan sulitnya tempat untuk pembuangan tanah hasil galian. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan system pengendalian proyek sehingga proses implementasi proyek dapat berjalan dengan baik, tepat waktu, dan tepat biaya serta sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis yang direncanakan.Kata Kunci : Permasalahan pekerjaan sungai, pembebasan lahan, tempat pembuangan hasil galian. ABSTRACT              In the project of streams often cause problems such as land acquisition, disposal excavation result.
