The book Ta'limul Muta'allim by Imam Al-Zarnuji is a classic work that is very important in the field of Islamic Education, becoming the subject of this study. This book emphasizes that Education should not only teach students to master knowledge, but also build their character, morals, and faith. Al-Zarnuji teaches principles such as respect for knowledge, teachers, it is very important for teachers to function as role models and guides who shape students' characters. The learning method used is systematic and sustainable, and in accordance with modern pedagogical ideas that emphasize psychological, emotional, and social aspects in Education. Descriptive qualitative methods are used in this study to identify the values of Education contained in the book through content analysis. The results show that the concept of pedagogical Education in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim by Imam Al-Zarnuji is very relevant to be applied in modern Islamic Education to build a generation that is knowledgeable, has noble character, and high ethics
