<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Empowerment Leadership and Adversity Quotient on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Mesuji District. This study was conducted on Junior High School teachers in Mesuji District. The sample size taken was 84 teacher samples. The sampling technique in this study used the probability sampling technique, where the respondents taken were some of the teachers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 80 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis.
