The research aims to determine the perceptions of prospective science teachers at a university in Lampung Province regarding environmental sustainability issues. This qualitative study employs a purposive sampling technique, involving 110 prospective science teachers who have completed environmental education courses. Data collection methods include questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves categorization and interpretation. The findings reveal that the prospective science teachers have a high level of awareness about environmental sustainability, with specific indicators showing the following results: environmental ethics (91%), environmental health (96%), environmental problems (96%), management systems (93%), material and energy (98%), waste management according to type (94%), conservation (95%), and dealing with environmental problems (92%).
