<![CDATA[This research is research on improving elementary school students' writing skills using magic books. This research aims to produce magic book learning media with pictures and descriptions for grade 1 students in elementary schools. The method used in this research is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. By using the SLR method, researchers will identify, study, evaluate and interpret all research that has been obtained. Researchers will conduct a systematic review of the journals that have been obtained. The research data included in this literature review is an analysis of summaries of several documented articles related to improving students' writing skills using image media. Based on the results of research in the period 2018 to 2023, there were positive results with the use of Picture Sentence Book media which can improve students' initial writing skills. Students are happier with the use of image media as a support in their learning process. Picture word media attracts students to better understand and recognize the various kinds of images presented.]]>
