This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK). The stages carried out in this research include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this research were 15 students in the second semester of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Faculty of Letters, Indonesian Muslim University, academic year 2023/2024. This research was carried out in several stages including the pre-cycle stage, cycle 1 stage and cycle 2 stage. What needs to be prepared in this research process are student observation sheets, student learning outcomes tests, interviews and documentation. The research data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The success in implementing this hybrid learning model can be seen from the increase in the average score obtained by students starting from pre-cycle, cycle 1, and cycle 2. The average score obtained by students at the pre-cycle stage is 70 points, at the cycle stage 1 The average score obtained by students was 77 points, and in cycle 2 the average score obtained by students was 81 points. From these learning results, it is proven that the use of a hybrid learning model can improve student learning outcomes in sociolinguistics courses which are considered feasible because at each meeting they achieve a good increase in learning outcomes.
