This study aims to analyze the influence  of servant leadership and competence on organizational commitment and its impact on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Pasuruan City. The results of the study show that servant leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment, which means that the higher the application of the leadership style that serves, the higher the level of employee commitment to the organization. In addition, competence has also been shown to have a significant influence on organizational commitment, which shows that improving employees' skills, knowledge, and work attitude will increase their loyalty to the organization. Furthermore, both servant leadership and competence have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that leadership qualities and individual abilities greatly determine the success of the implementation of employee duties.
