Abstract

The role of a shipping service company is very important to the development of the society and lifestyle of today, the role as a media distribution of goods. With the delivery service is very easy for consumers to fulfill their needs, but it can save time and also make consumers feel happy things can be done easily. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Experiential Marketing, E-Service Quality (Web based Tracking System) and trust in customer satisfaction in service users J&T Express in Pasuruan whose results can be used as an evaluation of J&T Express to improve its performance. The population in this research is a customer who has been delivering goods at J&T Express in Pasuruan. The number of samples in this study used Machin formula and was found to be 132 respondents or a service user of J&T Express in Pasuruan. The results of this study show that Experiential Marketing, E-Service Quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so that J&T Express is expected to develop and as well as maintain Experiential Marketing, E-Service Quality and customer confidence so that later to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Leverage, Asset Growth and Investment Opportunity Set in Firm Value. Variable leverage measured by proxy debt to equity ratio, variable asset growth measured by proxy asset growth, variable investment opportunity set measured by proxy market book to value asset, while variable firm value measured by proxy price earning ratio. This research was conducted by retrieving secondary data from the company’s financial statements published from the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index (ISSI). Thus study uses a sample of islamic manufacturing companies listed Indonesian Islamic Stock Index the period 2013 until 2017. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple regression analysis. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the effect leverage was very significant on the firm value, asset growth has no significant effect on firm value, and finally the investment opportunity set has very significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure as measured by managerial and institutional ownership on capital structure as measured by debt to total assets, debt to total equity and long term debt to total equity and financial performance as measured by return on assets, return on equity and return on investment. This study also uses partial least squares (PLS) analysis for the influence of exogenous and endogenous variables which ultimately affect financial performance. The research sample is a state-owned company (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2013 - 2017. Data were obtained from the Data Stream and IDX website. By using the PLS analysis of the fit measurement model, does ownership structure have a positive effect on financial performance, ownership structure has a positive effect on capital structure and capital structure has a positive effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of human relations, work discipline and working culture to employee performance (Study on employee Milled production 1 of KUD source Rejo Unit of Sukorejo District SKT). The benefits gained from this study are to provide information or overview of human relations, work discipline and work culture to employee performance.The population of this study is all employees of the KUD source Rejo Unit, Sukorejo district of the author data collection method using the dissemination questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis used in the study is multiple linear regression. With the results of the study showed that there is a partial influence where the human relations variable has a value of Thitung 0.082 < Ttabel 1.655 with a value of sig. 0.935 > 0.05, the working discipline has a value of Thitung 5.504 > Ttabel 1.655, with Value sig. 0.000 < 0.05, Work culture has a value of Thitung 5.981 > Ttabel 1.655, with the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and the simultaneous influence between the variable human relations, work discipline and work culture to employee performance With the value Sig. 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and fcalculate 50,647 > F table 2.67.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Technology Factors on Knowledge Sharing and Firm Innovation Capability. The object of this study is the owner of SMEs Bordir in the District of Bangil Pasuruan. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Exogenous variables used are technology factors and endogenous variables used are knowledge sharing and firm innovation capability. The population in this study is the owner of SMEs Bordir in Bangil District. Questionnaires were distributed to 230 SMEs using the Simple Random Sampling technique. This research uses Path Analysis. The results of this study stated that 1) Technology Factors proved to have a significant effect on the Knowledge Sharing variable. This means that the existence of Technology Factors provided by SMEs can help employees in the Knowledge Sharing process. 2) Technology Factors are proven to have a significant influence on the Firm Innovation Capability variable. This means that with the existence of well-managed Technology Factors can help SMEs to find differentiating competencies that enable SMEs to produce better products than their competitors. 3) Knowledge Sharing is proven to have a significant effect on Firm Innovation Capability. This means that the higher the level of Knowledge Sharing that exists in every SMEs, the higher the opportunity for SMEs to innovate

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Business Environment, Market Orientation, Entrepreneurship Characteristics on the Performance of SME Chips in Pasuruan Regency. The population in this study is the perpetrators of SME Chips in the Pasuruan Regency area as many as 119 SME Chips. The research method used was a survey method. The sampling technique uses Saturated Sample Technique which uses all the population of 119 MSMEs. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate that the variable Business Environment, Market Orientation, Entrepreneurial Characteristics have a significant positive effect on the Performance of SME Chips in Pasuruan Regency with a test value of X1 3,546> t table 1,984 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, tcount X2 5.986> ttable 1.984 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, tcount X3 1.997> t table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.048 <0.05.

Abstract

As an institution that operates based on sharia principles (syariah banking) which has different characteristics from other companies, namely in its performance. Sharia banking is required to work in accordance with sharia principles and sharia business ethics, namely through the implementation of Islamic corporate governance and the use of capital (intellectual capital). This research aims to 1) determine the influence of Islamic corporate governance on the performance of sharia banking companies in Indonesia using JDPS, RJDPS and JRDPS proxies; and 2) determine the influence of intellectual capital on sharia banking performance in Indonesia using the iB-VAIC proxy. The analytical method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) Analysis. The sample used in this research was sharia banking companies in Indonesia for the 2014 - 2018 period with a total of 6 companies from 13 sharia banking companies in Indonesia. The sampling method used in determining the sample was purposive sampling. The results of this research show that ICG has a positive and significant effect on the performance of sharia banking companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, IC has a positive and insignificant effect on sharia banking companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is an influence effect of career management, career commitment and career competence of the effectiveness of an employee's career at the Center for Industrial Pandaan Pasururan (Case Study on PT.BEHAESTEX Pandan). This study is a quantitative research, because this research using a questionnaire. The focus of this study is explained deeply or thoroughly describe the results of the analysis of data and facts obtained from field observations by researchers. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneous and partial, Career Management, Career Commitment and Career Competency has a significant influence on the effectiveness of career employees. This is indicated by the results of a simultaneous test F significance value of 0, 000 smaller than a 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The significance values ​​below 5% leading to a decision H1 Ho accepted and rejected

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of brand love and brand trust on brand loyalty. The type of research used is multiple linear regression assisted by processing using the SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) version 22 program so that primary data is obtained. The population in this study were consumers at the EIGER Pandan Store. The sampling technique was carried out using a census and the researcher used a questionnaire to collect data. There are two independent variables in this research, namely brand love and brand trust. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this research is brand loyalty. The results of this research state that brand love and brand trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty received. This can be proven by the results of the F test with a sig value. 0.00 is smaller than the standard significance of 0.05 which indicates significant results. Consumer perception, diversity and brand image have a significant influence on consumer buying interest

Abstract

This research is to determine the significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, to determine the significant influence of store image on customer satisfaction and to determine the significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. The type of research in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used is primary data sources. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test from the F test, the calculated F value is greater than the F table, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between service quality (X1), store image (X2) simultaneously on customer satisfaction (Y). Sig value. in the table above is 0.000, which is smaller than the significance level used (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between service quality (X1), store image (X2) simultaneously on customer satisfaction (Y). The R value is 0.857, so it can be seen that the R Square value is 0.734, meaning that the ability of the independent variable to explain the variance of the dependent variable is 73.4%, meaning there is 26.6% of the variance in the dependent variable which is explained by other factors
