Abstract

In the era of industrialization, the people have problems, especially human resources, community culture, social systems, which lead to social welfare. The presence of the government in the industrial sector as a provider of employment with regulations on the development of indutrialization since 2018 the growth of industrialization has increased 14.48% which is only in the industrial sector which grew in the food manufacturing industry sector 12.35%, the metal industry 17.97%, the industry furniture 21.50% and the recording and printing industry 27.25%. Seeing the growth and not comparable with the HDI jawatimur related to labor, it needs to be compromised about strengthening the informal sector in East Java as well as the protection of workers in the informal sector both in management and regulation.DOI: 10.26905/pjiap.v5i1.3647

Abstract

This study aims to measure the extent to which employee competencies represented by training, soft skills and hard skills affect employee performance. This study also describes the new findings as a development of previous research. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a total of 100 respondents from CV. Sentosa’s employees. The independent variable (X) in this study is Training, Soft Skill, and Hard Skill. Meanwhile, the dependent variable (Y) in this study is Employee Performance. The results showed that The X’s variables had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the partial test of this study indicate that the ability of hard skills has less effect on increasing employee performance. This study also shows an R2 value of 0.682 which means that this model is able to provide an explanation of various variations of the dependent variable by 68%.

Abstract

English The purpose of this study was to: (1) the effect of green products on brand image of Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging, (2) green advertising on brand image of Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging, (3) the influence of green products on the purchase of Deep Drinking Water AQUA Brand Packaging, (4) the influence of green advertise on the decision to purchase Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging, (5) Regulation of the brand to buy Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging. This study uses a type of explanatory research with a qualitative approach, in which this research instrument is a questionnaire. The population in this study were Yudharta University students who had consumed Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging. The sample is 96 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Path data analysis used. The results of this study: (1) green product variables are positive and significant on brand image with a beta coefficient of 0.251 and a significance level of 0.028. (2) Green advertising variables are positive and significant for the brand image with a beta coefficient of 0.299 and a significance level of 0.009. (3) Variable green products are positive and significant for purchasing decisions with a beta coefficient of 0.263 and a significance level of 0.024. (4) Green advertising variables are positive and significant for purchasing decisions with a beta coefficient of 0.306 and a significance level of 0.010. (5) The image image of positive and significant recognition of the purchase decision with a beta coefficient of 0.350 and a significance level of 0.004. Indonesia Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh green product terhadap citra merek Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA, (2) green advertising terhadap citra merek Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA, (3) pengaruh green product terhadap keputusan pembelian Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA, (4) pengaruh green advertisinh terhadap keputusan pembelian Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA, (5) pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Yudharta yang pernah mengkonsumsi Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa: (1) variabel green product berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,251 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,028. Abstract

English Version This study aims to determine the role of work productivity on the effect of knowledge sharing and innovative behavior on employee performance. This type of research is an explanatory research. The research sample was 114 employees at the operational site of PT. Lyondell Basell Indonesia Gempol Pasuruan. Samples were collected using purposive sampling technique. This research is quantitative in nature and uses a path analysis model. The results showed that knowledge sharing had a significant effect on work productivity, innovative behavior had a significant effect on work productivity, knowledge sharing had a significant effect on employee performance, innovative behavior had no significant effect on employee performance, and work productivity had a significant effect on employee performance. Indo Version Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran work productivity pada pengaruh knowledge sharing dan perilaku inovatif terhadap employee performance Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory. Sampel penelitian adalah 114 pada karyawan site operasional PT. Lyondell Basell Indonesia Gempol Pasuruan. Sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan alat analisis model analaisi jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work productivity, perilaku inovatif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work productivity, knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance, perilaku inovatif tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance, dan work productivity berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Empowering Leadership, Digital Leadership on Performance by taking a case study at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Pasuruan City. Which is where the system activities for improving the competence of job training in construction experts in the city of Pasuruan are organized by the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of the City of Pasuruan. In this case, the researchers took this type of research using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents using the Solvin formula as a questionnaire for data collection techniques in the field through google from. While the data analysis technique uses SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sciences) using software version 23 SPPS. Based on research data processing. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership, Empowering Leadership have a significant effect on employee performance, while digital has no significant effect on employee performance at the Pasuruan City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, workload, and compensation on employee turnover intention. This type of research is quantitative, and the analysis used involves associations with a quantitative approach. Research conducted at PT. Natura Laboratoria Prima. The study results show that leadership has a detrimental and important impact on the intention to change jobs. The superior leadership proportionally reduces the intention to change jobs. The workload level positively and significantly impacts the intention to change jobs. The greater the workload, the higher the intention to change jobs. Compensation has an adverse and important impact on the intention to change jobs employees of PT. Natura Laboratoria Prima, meaning that the higher the compensation, the lower the turnover intention.

Abstract

Community service for black sticky rice tape MSMEs in Nguling Village, Nguling District, Pasuruan Regency aims to provide assistance in innovating products and marketing digitally. The implementation method for this activity uses the ABCD (Asset based community development) method, the steps in implementation include five steps, namely discovery (discover), dream (dream), design (plan), define (determine), destiny (do). The result of community service in this activity is that MSME actors can understand the importance of product innovation and digital marketing and change traditional behavior to modern ones. MSME actors can also apply the results of assistance to their products. As for the implementation of this service, MSME actors receive direct training and assistance regarding product innovation and digital marketing from resource persons or practitioners who are professionals in their fields. Ultimately, all parties hope that this impact will take place in a sustainable manner to achieve the mutually expected goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of personality traits and individual competencies on knowledge sharing and employee performance. This research was Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Pasuruan. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that’s been released online through Google Forms. Selection of research samples using sampling jenuh was 76 respondents. For statistical and data processing, Partial Least Square (WarpPLS 7.0). This result showed: (1) Personality traits (X1) positive and significant effects knowledge sharing (Y1). (2) Individual competencies (X2) positive and significant effects knowledge sharing (Y1). (3) Personality traits (X1) do not affect employee performance (Y2). (4) Individual competencies (X2) positive and significant effects employee performance (Y2). (5) Knowledge sharing (Y1) positive and significant effects employee performance (Y2).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and measure the effect Advertising and Online Customer Rating to Buying Interest and Buying Decision. In this study using a quantitative research approach. The population in this study are consumers who use the Tik Tok application in Pasuruan Regency. The number of samples used in the study amounted to 100 respondents. Source of data in this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using path analysis or path analysis by using software SPSS Statistics version 26, in which the data will be described, analyzed and discussed in order to prove the truth of the proposed hypothesis. The research results are as follows: (1) Advertising (X1) influential and significant to Buying Interest (Y1). (2) online customer rating (X2) there is no effect on Buying Interest (Y1). (3). Advertising (X1) influential and significant to Buying Decision (Y2). (4) online customer rating (X2) influential and significant to Buying Decision (Y2). (5).Buying Interest (Y1) positive and significant effect on Buying Decision (Y2).

Abstract

Sebagai kaum intelektual dan anggota masyarakat yang mempunyai nilai tambah, mahasiswa mampu memperankan diri secara profesional dan proposional dimasyarakat ataupun di dunia pendidikan. Ide dan pemikiran cerdas seorang mahasiswa mampu merubah paradigma yang berkembang dalam suatu kelompok dan menjadikannya terarah sesuai kepentingan bersama. Sebagai mahasiswa kita harus menerapkan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang meliputi tiga poin penting yakni pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengembangan, serta pengambdian kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat diperlukan agar ilmu yang di dapat oleh mahasiswa tidak disimpan untuk dirinya sendiri tetapi berusaha agar masyarakat juga merasakan manfaat dari ilmu yang telah dimiliki oleh mahasiswa. Tujuan dari hal ini adalah guna memberikan impact nyata bagi UMKM atau agar masyarakat agar dapat berkembang dan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi saat ini. Dalam pengabdian ini kami terjun langsung melaukan pendampingan dan pengembangan pada CV. Nugraha Cipta Raharja yang bergerak di indusri jasa persewaan scaffolding. Perusahaan ini adalah salah satu perusahaan sub konstruksi bekisting yang berdiri pada 20 November 2015 berupa perseroan komanditer yang terletak di Dusun Bandrek, Desa Mojotengah, Kecamatan Sukerejo, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Alasan pendampingan usaha ini dikarenakan tidak dapat bersaing dengan usaha persewaan lain baik dari segi operasional digitalisasi marketing. Hasil pengabdian dan pedampingan nyata kami adalah pembuatan akun Instagram yang digunakan untuk promosi.
