<![CDATA[So far, scholarly conversations about child development disorders in coastal communities can be mapped into at least two trends. First, studies that attempt to uncover the factors that cause growth and development disorders in children and studies that are limited to testing measuring instruments for early detection of children's growth and development disorders. The focus of the study in this article is the form of child growth and development disorders and how to detect child growth and development disorders as early as possible. This study uses qualitative research that produces descriptive data. The results showed that there are several child growth and development disorders, namely language development disorders, attention deficit disorder, autism and decreased intelligence levels. Early detection can be done by means of history taking, routine physical examination and developmental screening.]]>
