<![CDATA[This study focuses on optimizing the implementation of Management Information System (MIS) This research employs a descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The analysis was conducted based on six key dimensions: information, system components, organization and management, decision-making, and the value of information in supporting service effectiveness. The findings indicate that the implementation of MIS has accelerated administrative services, improved data accuracy, and facilitated information-based decision-making. However, challenges remain in technological infrastructure and system stability, which require further improvement. Therefore, this study recommends the development of real-time notification features, enhanced system capacity, and technological infrastructure upgrades to ensure more optimal and responsive services that cater to public needs.]]>
