<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Matahari Department Store Medan. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a questionnaire instrument conducted at Matahari Department Store, Manhattan Medan branch. The population in this study were all employees of Matahari Department Store, Manhattan Medan branch, totaling 52 people. By using total sampling, the sample size of the study was 50 people, for the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager could not participate in filling out the questionnaire because they were carrying out very busy work. The conclusion of this study is. Compensation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Matahari Department Store Manhattan Medan, this can be seen from the sig value which is smaller than 0.05. The RSquare value is 0.891 or R2 x 100% of 89.10%, meaning that the independent variables of the study contributed 89.10% while the remaining 10.90% was influenced by other factors outside the study.]]>
